Booking policy
Dear Client,
Please read the following text thoughtfully, which also contains the currently valid salon etiquette!
The listed prices are for information purposes only. Your appointment is only valid if I comfirm it in email.
In case the appointment is not available for you anymore, you can modify your appointment in this page 24 hours before the booked time.
In case you can't show up to your appointment, let me know in advance! Reorganizing the time schedule needs time, so please let me know in time. If you cancel your appointment on the same day when your originally booked time was, an excess charge must be paid in every situation, there is no exceptions allowed since this is a loss for the salon in every aspect! Thank you for your understanding!

SALON ETIQUETTE:
- Please be on time for your appointment! In case of lateness, I can not provide to finish the service as the usual 100%. If the lateness is more than 15 minutes, I'm not able to provide service and in this case excess charge must be paid.
- Every service must be paid in cash or card straightaway. Prices can not be bargained and there is no loan.
- For changing or cancelling appointments, the following rules applies:
* Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge if it's at least 1 day before the booked date.
* If you can't show up to your appointment by any reason, please let me know in advance, because rearranging the salon's schedule needs time. If the cancelliton is on the same day when the appointment supposed to happen, excess charge must be paid. Since I reserved the appointment for the client and there is a small chance to find somebody else last minute, the salon is damaged in every aspect. The price of the excess charge is the 100% of the booked service. This price will be added to the next appointment's total bill or you can pay it via bank transfer. If the client is not paying it, I can't give any new appointments in the future.
- If you experience any allergies or sensitivity after services, please visit a doctor immediately! In this case there is no money returning, since the service was performed and professional material was used.
- Health is important for everybody, so make sure you aren't having any infectious illnes while you are staying at the salon. In this situation, it is better to make a new appointment in time. If somebody shows up ill and infects us, we are not able to work, we will loss income and time, also other client's appointments would need a reschedule too, it would be a big damage to the salon. If you fell a little sick a few days before your appointment, please let me know immediately so we can plan your upcoming appointment. Please don't wait with this till the start of the appointment, it is very important to contact me prior!
- Without advanced permisson, audio and video material are forbidden to make!
- The salon is not prepared to have children under supervision. Please entrust your child to a sitter during the time of the service. Thank you for your understanding!
- Please take care of the salon's and the toilet's cleanlines. If you are experiencing any problem, denote it to me.
The valid rules of hungarian law and presented regulations are required to keep by those who enter the salon. By booking an appointment and having a service, clients are automatically accepts the rules.
